Comprehensive Reporting Role in Fusion Cloud

Role that has Access to all the Subject Areas/Dashboards/Reports. (Object Level as well as Data Level)

Do we have a role other than BI Administrator that can be assigned to Report Developers that shall provide access to all the Seeded Subject Areas/Reports for a specific track like Finance/SCM/HCM with complete access to Data (Business units, Ledgers, etc...).

Currently we have to manually add specific roles like 'Accounts Payable Manager', 'Project Accountant', 'General Accountant', 'Accounts Receivables Manager' and assign right context (i.e) Business Unit, Ledger for data visibility.

In Development instance we have given full access to all the developers, however we want to restrict access in UAT to specific groups without Full access to reports but with complete data access to validate all scenarios.
