Visiblity expression language for HTML text

Hello - In 19B as a manager, you have the ability to create a vacancy through a quick action or My Team.  By going through the quick action, you are actually creating a vacancy on the behalf of the person you search and select.  If you go through My Team, you are creating a vacancy for your direct team.  I've added an HTML component to the Create Vacancy quick action but if you click on any other employment quick action, that text is visible.  Has anyone be able to set the visibility of an HTML area based on what page
