Maintenance Pack Info - Quarterly vs. Monthly

Where to find quarterly maintenance fixes documentation

Content

Hi-

I wanted to ask in the forum if anyone can provide any insight regarding the new structure of the maintenance information posted in the Knowledge Center:Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud Functional Known Issues and Maintenance Packs (Doc ID 1554838.1).

When looking at the information historically (e.g. Release 12), it was clear what maintenance pack information was relevant to quarterly vs. monthly patch bundles. The same is not true for 18B through 19B releases. When looking at 19B, there are two maintenance packs listed (May and June 2019), both of these maintenance packs specially say they are for clients who requested monthly maintenance patching. I'm well versed on the Release Readiness content also, but it seems that we no longer have a central source to go to for "fixes" that are applied in the quarterly patch bundle. Any guidance or thoughts
