Simple way to update Valid Intersections

I have lots of valid intersection rules in my application and I need a simple way to update them using a file or excel template

Since I have lots of valid intersection rules in the application, the valid intersection page is very slow (While opening the VI page) and it takes a lot of time to respond whenever I make any changes to the VI rules or add new rules. It also takes a lot of time in saving as well.

Is there any simple way to make changes to the VI rules like through excel or through any template?
