Can we report on Workflow Transactions

Hi All,

 I am trying to see if we can report on Workflow Transactions. I am able to query fa_fusion_soainfra.WFTASK table which seems to have workflow data in HCM.

Does any one know if this is the correct table and if yes, which column refers to COMMENTS which is usually fed while approving or rejecting a workflow transaction.
