New Responsive UI - Employees Employment Info page

Hi,
On the Classic Employees Employment Info page the field called 'Worker Type' was displayed. On the New UI this field is not displayed; therefore, when I enable the field the Worker Type being displayed is either 'E' or 'C' rather than 'Employee' or 'Contingent worker' (as per the Classic UI - see below). Can someone verify if 19B displays a code or the user friendly descriptor? If 19B displays the code how do I display the user friendly descriptor?
