Is it possible to amend the Confirm Receipt Request email notification?
SummaryWe would like to know if it is possible to amend the wording on the reminder email that is sent out to requesters.
We have an issue with PO's not being receipted.
We believe part of the issue is due to our customers not fully understanding the email notification.
Is it possible to customise the notification (e.g. wording etc)? If so, could somebody point me in the right direction of how to do this.
We are using Oracle Fusion version 19B currently.
