How to move IAR file from one OIC to Another OIC instance

Move IAR file from one OIC to Another OIC instanc

I have Export the IAR file from One OIC Instance.

1. Is it IAR having All the dependencies like lookups and libraries or we need to export dependency lookups and libraries

2. If IAR having All the dependencies while importing to another OIC it will automatically import All the dependencies or we need to import separately ??
