Generating NXSD file

Hi Team,

   I had always struggled to generate the NXSD schema file for STAGING operations. I had been doing the schema file manually and it is been time consuming.

a)   Is there any way to generate the NXSD file using sample file. What are the steps for the same. Is there any means to validate the same.

b)   In the FTP adapter, we have "generate schema from Sample CSV" but that doesnt works most of the times in HCM Fusion. What is the difference between the schema getting generated here and the manual loading of XSD

c) what should be the difference between NXSD and XSD.
