FRS - Member Descriptions and Alias

Can anyone help explain why the Member Alias (Default)  in FRS merges the Value and the Description? And how to get the Description to show the Account Description from the GL? in the attached image, the value in the GL for the Cash roll up is 010 but I just want the description to be "Cash" . The Alias shows 010-Cash.   Ideally the Name should be 010, Description to be Cash, and then the Alias can be 010-Cash.

 

on my reports with drilldown, I don't want to see "010-Cash", I want to see "Cash"
