We need web service which provides details regarding downtime with (instance,start date & time, planned end date with time, extended time, reason, etc.) any additional details related to the downtime. 
 

o We need ability to call a web service once a day, in advance of our normal maintenance window start time, to retrieve any maintenance information for the provided date. (BTW, we need to pass a date since our maintenance windows normally start at 12:00 AM which would be the next day). 
o The web service should provide start time, estimated end time, and summary of the maintenance, etc.
