Has anyone had the following error message which one of our users gets trying to log onto Taleo to access remote learning from their iphone or ipad via O2 4G (UK).

An error has occurred:

Error initializing communications with LMS.

I will also be checking on O2 forums but wondered if anyone else had had any problems with users on specific contracts or with specific carriers. I am able to access the site OK as that user from my own iphone.
