Hello,

I need to create a schedule to send a notification (email) for users with the deadline to provide the data files. For example, in every February 10th send a email to notify the users to provide the December data files, every April 30th send a email to notify the users to provide the March data files.

And the email will be send only for the responsible of the individual entity, for example for entity A for user XX and for entity B for user YY.

 After a number of days, if the user doesn´t provide the file, he will receive another alert email.
