Unable to Search a Finished Good while creating WO

I am doing a setup for Outside Processing.

I was successfully able to create a Work Definition  with the finished good with a Supplier Operation.

But when I go to Work Execution Work Area to create a Work Order for this item -- I am unable to search this item in the Work Execution to create a Standard Work Order.

Am i missing anything?

If I was able to create the Work Definition -- I should be able to create the WO too?

I have checked my item parameters.

Also note -- I used a Supplier Operation -- I did not use a Standard Supplier Operation -- I dont think this should matter though. But just calling out incase it does.
