I can't login the cloud using my could account




I had interested in the oracle cloud. so I signed up the oracle and made the cloud account for trial. and I received the approved mail for my cloud account.

I tried to login the oracle cloud for five. but I  didn't know that I received the temporary password for login. So I seems that my account was locked.


Now I try to login , page is moved to the identity self service . I try to reset the my password but occurred  error message "IAM-3040002 ".


How to resolve this problem ?
