Hi ,

We have a requirement wherein we have to update the data for an existing customer through an integration.

Currently we do have an integration in which we create customers using the UCM way and a simplified Template consisting of all only 4 tabs. The details of the approach I used is as below

Populate the simplified template and run the integration to upload the file to UCM and then submit the ESS Job request with following details

  1. job definition – UploadCustomerEss 
  2. job package - oracle/apps/ess/financials/receivables/customerSetup/customerProfileClasses 
  3. job parameters - batchName, documentId(UCM), batchId, "CREATE"
