I have a requirement to connect to some on-premise JMS queues from OIC.  The client is not using the connectivity agent and does not want to use it.  Instead they are setting up a VPN connection between Oracle and their on-premise network.

Will the JMS adapter in OIC be able to connect to the on-prem JMS queues without the connectivity agent? Or is it required?  The documentation implies it is required.
