 Hello Friends, I am trying to updated Manager for an user through Financials >> Manage User >> Update Manager using the list of values. However the manager id is not available in Production. However the same manager id is available in TEST environment and works fine there. We just got TEST refreshed from production on 30 July.

Any idea why the manager id is not available in production and is fine in TEST. All the attributes for both the user and the manager are exactly same in TEST and PROD.

Any help ASAP much appreciated as we are facing issue for JE approval due to this in PROD
