NUX - Manage Employment & Manage Salary - will these pages be required responsive design?

Summary

We are currently using the NUX Layout. For the Manage Salary and Manage Employment pages in My Client Groups, will they be required to move to responsive quick actions due to 20B direction?

We have been using the NUX Layout and most of the profile options that have been introduced since 18C, and have been introducing responsive profiles as they are released.  We have the Employment Guided Flows option turned on and like how this works for viewing ESS Employment Info.  However, we have not started using the Change Assignment, Transfer, Promotion, Change Salary quick actions as we rely on the ability to both have a Printable page for record keeping of a transaction and have the ability to self-assign approvers by the HR initiator of the transaction.  Our business process does not
