Access History of OraDocs Document

History showing only no. of downloads and not views

Hello! I am trying to understand the reason for which a file in OraDocs returns only the number of downloads and not also the no. of views in the Access History tab. I've checked the permissions of the containing folders and they are exactly the same to the ones of a folder showing both the number of downloads and views. Any clues? I need the file to show both the details for tracking reasons. Thank you!
