Service Throttling in OIC

Curious to know if there are service throttling options available in OIC. We have built our Order Creation Web Service and ASN Outbound Service today in OSB. We have created work managers to manage lesser threads for ASN interface so that we can have Order Creation Service up and active all the time though both are busy throughout the day. Do we have similar configs available in OIC? Do we even have simple throttling parameters available like the ones we have for Business Services in OSB?
