Different experience depending on Operating System

I signed up to the free tier on the work laptop running Windows 7 + Google Chrome. All was well although the menu looked a bit bare it had everything I wanted to look at in that moment. Although I did notice the absence of Oracle Analytics from the menu, I assumed this was a free tier restriction.

I signed in from an Android device running Google Chrome. Huge menu full of features which matches back the screenshots I've seen in the documentation. Feature rich and I could control everything just fine and dandy. Oracle Analytics was now accessible.
