HI All,

Currently ARCS TM only retains Job details for 30 days. This is causing an Audit risk as we are unable to determine beyond those 30 days if the data was loaded by the user or if the data was loaded by our integration process.

Is there a workaround or report available to meet this SOX requirement? I checked security and did not see a way to block users from loading data to a rec they had access to.

Workaround:
The workaround we are currently planning is to have a Match Type called Audit accessible only to admins which has Audit Data sources defined. The job id that we capture in our integration script is loaded to these tables. But this only mitigates the Audit risk vs eliminating it (admin could potentially add job ids  manually to this table).
