Hi All,

I am new to ARCS so please let me know if there is anything I have not properly stated. Below is the detail of steps I am performing and the issue I am facing-

I am using Data Management to load the file and execute the data rule to import records into DM(visible in Data Load Workbench). The import mode is 'Replace' which clears off the previous loaded records in the DM and loads the new records from the imported file. 

I then run data load in ARCS which picks up the records from the same DM location(loaded in above step) and runs the load in 'Snapshot' mode which eventually loads the balances.
