EPBCS workforce planning - out of the box currency conversion is not working

We have configured out of the box currency conversion. It works fine for Financials and projects module; however it doesn't work in Workforce planning module. The exchange rate does not flow from out of the box exchange rate data form (based out of plan1 BSO cube) to OEP_WFP cube. Because the exchange rate doesnt reach OEP_WFP cube, currency conversion doesnt work.

However, if i manually input exchange rate at the POV used in out of the box BR, the currency conversion rule works fine. Why isnt it automatically getting copied from out of the box exchange rate data form?
