Copy Plan to Forecast in Planning Financials

Confirming no OOB functionality to copy your plan to seed your forecast?

After reviewing the OOB rules in OFS it seems there is no way of seeding your forecast from plan data?

This would seem like pretty basic functionality and what would be a pretty standard business practice to copy your current year budget to your forecast and then roll in your actuals monthly.

Can anyone please advise how they are administering this?

Note not currently using a rolling forecast as client not wanting to have a rolling 12 months but a standard fixed 12 month view.
