Adding a New Hire is tied to our PlanStartYr Variable which is "FY20" because we are doing an FY20 Budget.  However we need the ability to enter new hires to forecast which is "FY19".  We get the following error when PlanStarYr is FY20, but it works if we update it to FY19.  Can we update this variable to OEP_Years or something similar to service both forecast and budget?  This is under the Add Requisition Action List which is Add TBH and runs the business rule add requisition which artifact label lists as template OWP_Add Requisition_GT.  Where in this calc can I update
