Looking to find out if an organization can upgrade to Enterprise EPM Cloud without losing Configuration

Interested in seeing if this question has been answered regarding upgrading an existing Standard EPM Cloud subscription to an Enterprise EPM Cloud subscription. Would an upgrade effect the existing applications or, would we lose what was built in the Standard environment and restart building the application in Enterprise? Thank you.
