Hide 'Add' , 'Delete' options from attachment in Document of Records


We have a requirement to hide the Add & Delete attachment in Documents of Record for one particular document type based on a role. That is we have created a custom document type called 'Certify' which has an option to Add and delete the attachments. This options must be visible and enabled only for one particular role and for all others it must not be visible. This must imply only for this document type not others. Is this possible to achieve ?. If Yes , can you please help us in providing a EL expression that can restrict based on
