Do you know the meaning of the different dates when evaluating a qualification?

When evaluating a qualification, there are many different date fields. The list of below dates illustrates what they are and how they are entered or derived when manually or automatically evaluating a qualification. These dates are only editable when the qualification is in Draft or Ready for Evaluation status. Also, the evaluator must have the security privilege POQ_EVALUATE_SUPPLIER_QUALIFICATION in order to enter these dates.

  1. Evaluation Due Date
  • The last date when the qualification is expected to be finalized. If the qualification is not finalized by the due date, then the “Qualification Overdue” icon is displayed beside the evaluation due date. However, the qualification can still be finalized if the start date and end date are on or after the evaluation due date.

Howdy, Stranger!
