To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

For approval rule "Manage Document Record" when employee adds a document via Me > Personal Information > My Documents, we want it to go for approval. This is also the same approval flow when HR add a document which we dont want approval for.
We have checked Doc ID 2478713.1 which says to use below condition to check role is for Employee submission. When we add the below condition the workflow errors. When we dont add the condition the approval works and goes to the same correct person but for both Employee and HR submission.
