Content

Variable-based rules set up in terms template do not ask for variable value when applied to a negotiation for deriving clauses based on contract expert

Steps followed:

  1. Created a variable of manual update type and assigned a seeded yes/no value set
  2. Included this variable in a rule condition and created a result which attaches clauses if condition is satisfied
  3. Attached this contract terms template in RFQ
  4. Ran the contract expert to generate clauses, but no value of variable is sought. The rule doesn't work.

Howdy, Stranger!
