PDF printing is disabled in APEX on autonomous database

Failed to read  this for autonomous database:

PDF, Excel, and Word printing options are disabled. You may be able to configure a 3rd party print server within Application Express apps.

Used XSL-FO report layouts for printing in my APEX applications.

Spend 2 weeks getting to know how the oracle cloud works, imported my tables and APEX apps  from my oracle schema service, everything working ok, until I started printing when I got the error:

ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified.
