Hi All,

In last few months, for the second time we are facing one quite strange issue. Random users, with random reports (or some user with all reports) are facing following error message and code:

We had technical SR (3-20715306161) where we bounce the server at one point of time which still didnt fix the issue. Issue was gone after 3,4 days.

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 17001. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 3113, message: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel Process ID: 246507 Session ID: 6224 Serial number: 29851 at OCI call OCIStmtExecute: BEGIN fnd_session_mgmt.attach_session('9861821953AF9216E0534C8D630A8F6D'); END;. (HY000)
