OTM - Update ship unit total gross weight

Is there a way to update ship unit total gross weight when a user edits shipment quantities via shipment action "Edit Quantities"?

Hello.

In our testings we are modifying shipment quantities with shipment action "Edit Quantities" based on ship units. We noticed that when we adjust the ship unit quantity (let say, from 9 ship units for 2000 kg= 18000 kg  to 2 ship units for 2000 kg= 4000 kg) the shipment weight is correctly updated, but the field Total gross weight isn't recalculated (it remains on 100 kg, even though the ship unit quantity changed to 5).

Is there any standard way to propagate changes to that field or should I create a custom agent to perform that calculation and update?
