We are developing a PCS application to manager our consumer claims and credits. It is part of a larger process to deprecate a legacy platform and onboard a process management solution.  One of our project managers came to me and asked how he searches for completed tasks by specific payload attributes (in so many words...).  In other words, let's say I have a customer form with a name, email address, and phone number.  How can a user search for a completed task by customer phone number?  I see nothing in the search filters or business analytics that allows me to
