Employee Expense Account not editable


Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue in updating the employee expense account by an implementation consultant user . My intention is to define employee expense account and default that as requisition or purchase order charge account.

Navigation: Navigator->Person Management

I am not able to see the edit option , its not coming there.

Please note the user has Human Resource specialist role as well apart from implementation consultant ad IT security admin.
