Do we have User Audit functionality in Cloud like whenever a user is logging in and logout we should be able to capture the log of each activity and it can be a configuration change ,running a report etc.,

I can see a profile Option FND_TRACK_USER_ACTIVITY but it is disabled and i can see only Site level  not at the user level.

Also when i navigate to Manage profile options to edit/update  this profile  i am not able to edit.Please advise how this can be achieved.

 

I have gone through few forums and  Metalink but unable to find any Relevent  documentation.
