I wonder if you can help me. When I try to report the cost centre for a specific department using this subject area, no results are returned? The department exists and the cost centre is shown in the Manage Costing of Departments screen. In addition, I can report on the department in other subject areas such as Worker Assignment Real Time. I also re-run column flattening for the HR Org Hierarchy, but the problem persists? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In addition, I noticed that Cost Center is available as an attribute of the Department dimension, but it is not populated. Has anyone ran the flexfield import process successfully to get this Cost Center attribute populated in OTBI? If so what are the steps I need to follow to run the process.
