Report on Locked and Active Accounts

Need a report to identify Locked and Active Accounts

Hi Community

We are trying to build a report that shows all locked and Active/Inactive accounts. I was able to get the active flag field from PER_USERS however, I cannot find the locked flag.

Please can you assist with where I can find this locked flag from the security console
