Use Case and Business Need
This is instrumental as we use this subject area for most of the goals reporting as it contains the entire goal plan employee population.
We could use cross-subject area reporting to get the field from other subject areas but this does not work while creating dashboard prompts - we need to keep the prompts related to one single subject area as we have prompt columns dependent on one another.
Oracle Support was unable to provide a valid workaround. It should be a simple addition (we would do it in 5 minutes in our on-prem OBI).
