OpenSesame Integration - Is it possible to allow additional users to manage?

edited Jan 21, 2020 4:57PM in Taleo Learn

Summary

Currently, only our top-level administrator account can view our OpenSesame integration.

Content

We are finally implementing a limited Open Sesame integration, but sub-administrators with permissions to manage the OpenSesame integration are getting an error message when trying to view the OpenSesame catalog.

During our Learn implementation, which pre-dates my involvement with the system, an OpenSesame integration associated with our top-level admin account was created. Now that we have a few thousand OpenSesame licenses, I would like for a couple of sub administrators to be able to view and manage the integration, but to date, any account other than the administrator account receives an error message when trying to view the OpenSesame Catalog via the integration... this is also happening when a Co-Owner account tries to view the OS integration.

Howdy, Stranger!
