Triggers forever loading in orchestration

Triggers forever loading in orchestration

I am running OIC and am trying to create an orchestration integration.  However, every now and then when I go to create -> select the first template for orchestration -> it shows triggers in the right side menu but it shows the ... loading forever. AFter several hours it goes away.  Any idea what could be causing this?  Its seriously hurting our development.  Below is a picture of what I mean,
