Retained Earning Elimination query

Hi all

We have an issue where some elimination is not happening, and we do not understand the reason behind it: 

Example: 

This account (FCCS_Retained Earnings) has data in FCCS_OpeningBalance due to the result in Profit&Loss from  last year.
The data in FCCS_OpeningBalance we have to eliminate and reclass it in Reserves , but when we create that elimination, some data does not get eliminated.
 
In the attached excel we have the example. In the first sheet you can see how data are eliminated: In green, data eliminated from FCCS_OpeningBalance to FCCS_OpeningBalanceAdjustment and in
