Hi,
We are currently implementing the new Absence UI and have noticed the Employees 'Add Absence' page contains a link to 'Calculate' a 'Projected Balance'; however, the balance only takes into account the absences taken / booked prior to the Start Date of the new Absence. Logically the balance displayed to Employees is not their Projected Balance and will cause a lot of confusion and calls into our HR Help Desk. I know we can explain to Employees to check their Balance by navigating to the 'Absence Balance' page; however, this process would be far from streamlined. Please Note: I have
