Hi, 

I need to create a Purchase Requisition for an item that has an active BPA, but that the Requisition, when approved, stays in the buyer's pool. That way he can make the purchase with another supplier.

According to this note: PRC: SSP: Unable To View Master Item In Local Catalog If BPA Exists, Shows Only Agreement (Doc ID 2369030.1) I must use "Enter Requisition Lines". I have do this, my request does not have a source and even so an Order associated with Blanket is created.
