Journal upload using excel template in Data Management is failing

I am using an excel journal template to load journal entries, I downloaded the journal template that is available from Data Load Workbench. I am successfully able to get the journal entries to the staging area in Workbench however when I run the Export to load those journal entries to FCCS application, I am getting an error as below. But when I look at the .jif file that gets saved in Outbox, I am unable to determine what is wrong in line 3 and 8 (see screenshot). Has anybody faced the issue and was able to resolve?
