Adjustment cannot be disabled

Summary

Although I can disable the tab to input adjustment still there is hyperlink as I cannot hide the line in summary.

Content

The user requirement is to disable the adjustment tabs in Account analysis formats.

However I can disable the tab where we put in the adjustments but the line showing total adjustments in the summary cannot be hidden which goes as a hyperlink to the same tab essentially defeating the purpose of hiding the tab.
