Hello,
We would like to use the Notification received to the worker email, when creating a new account of employee.
on security console - > set categories - default - notification the template -'New Account Template'
we would like to have the notifications sent to New employees, with exception - to have the employees only
for legal employer of Israel and NOT to be sent to NON Workers .

how can we customize so the notification will be sent to employees from Israel + non workers only
