Movement member restriction in Journal module

In HFM, the dimension selection in the journal module dynamically filters the list based on what's valid for the account that has been selected. (this is done via the the Top Custom member property of the account). 

We've found that FCCS doesn't have this feature. Thus, when a user tries to select a movement member for the journal, the system will display all of the movement members that have been set up in the app regardless of whether it's valid or invalid.

We've set up an invalid intersection rule to prevent incorrect movement being selected for the account, but the user won't know whether the selected member is correct or not until they scan/validate the journal. Invalid intersection doesn't filter the PoV window.
